Forms
Forms are only for student org use, not for the public, so we've removed them from this web page. In order to use the Forms, you need to create an Orgsync account, login and join an org. Then, on your org's portal, you will see a menu bar on the left. Click TOOLS, then click FORMS.
Among the forms available there are: "I've Been Oriented", "Fund Officer Agreement Form", "Organization Advisor Agreement Form" (Advisors should "join" the org as a member before completing the form), "Fundraising Form", and the "Pre-Contract Worksheet"
